1. Services
FLOW-NET provides website design and development, dashboards, automation, bots, backend-connected tools, integrations, support, and related digital services. The exact deliverables, price, timeline, payment milestones, and support terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes and Acceptance
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of scoping. A project is accepted when the customer confirms the scope and pays the required deposit, milestone, or full invoice amount. Any extra requirements, new pages, integrations, data migration, copywriting, design changes, urgent timelines, or third-party setup may require a revised quote.
3. Payments
Payments may be collected by PayFast or another agreed payment method. Prices are shown in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Work may pause if an invoice, deposit, or milestone is unpaid. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid APIs, email accounts, plugins, subscriptions, or advertising spend remain the customer's responsibility unless specifically included in the quote.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact information, content, branding, product details, access credentials, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these items may move the delivery date. Customers are responsible for checking that supplied content is accurate, lawful, and suitable for publication.
5. Delivery and Revisions
Delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed deadline is agreed in writing. Each project includes the revision rounds stated in the quote. Additional revisions, scope changes, or work requested after approval may be quoted separately.
6. Ownership and Licensing
After full payment has been received, the customer owns the final approved project assets created specifically for them, except for third-party tools, stock assets, open-source packages, platform accounts, reusable code patterns, templates, or FLOW-NET internal tooling. FLOW-NET may reuse general knowledge, methods, and non-confidential components in future work.
7. Third-Party Services
Some projects rely on external providers such as hosting platforms, payment providers, email services, analytics, APIs, or messaging platforms. FLOW-NET is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, suspensions, policy decisions, or failures caused by those third-party services.
8. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use FLOW-NET services for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, malware, abuse, intellectual-property infringement, or activity that could harm FLOW-NET, its infrastructure, its partners, or other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FLOW-NET is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. FLOW-NET's total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute should first be raised by contacting FLOW-NET so both parties can try to resolve the matter in good faith.
