1. Digital Service Nature
FLOW-NET provides custom digital services such as websites, dashboards, automation, bots, software setup, support, and integrations. Because these services involve time, planning, custom work, and third-party setup, refunds are assessed according to the stage and scope of the project.
2. Deposits
Deposits secure project time and begin planning or development. Deposits are generally non-refundable once scoping, planning, design, development, procurement, or setup work has started. If no work has started, FLOW-NET may approve a full or partial refund at its discretion after deducting any payment processing or third-party charges.
3. Project Cancellations
A customer may cancel a project by written notice to info@flow-net.co.za. If the project is cancelled after work has started, the customer remains responsible for work already completed, time already spent, approved milestones, third-party purchases, and any committed costs.
4. Milestone and Final Payments
Milestone payments and final payments are linked to work completed or approved. Once a milestone has been delivered, approved, or made available for review, that milestone payment is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where FLOW-NET agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Monthly Support Cancellations
Monthly support plans can be cancelled by giving written notice before the next billing period. Amounts already paid for the current period are generally not refundable once support time, monitoring, updates, or account management has started.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. PayFast or banking fees may be deducted where permitted and where they are not refunded by the payment provider.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations, hosting fees, third-party subscriptions, paid APIs, licenses, stock assets, plugin purchases, custom setup fees, emergency work, and completed support time are non-refundable unless the supplier or FLOW-NET confirms otherwise in writing.
8. Service Problems
If you believe a delivered service does not match the agreed scope, contact FLOW-NET as soon as possible. FLOW-NET will review the issue and may offer a fix, revision, partial refund, or other fair remedy depending on the circumstances and the agreed scope.
